Vapor has been part of the health supplement world for decades in the form of aromatherapy, and recently vape pens have become popular with everyone from grad students to grandparents. Wellmade CBD (cannabidiol) vape pens like ours are one of the best products on the market for experiencing the benefits of CBD. Very different compared to nicotine-filled e-cigarettes, both create a vapor without combustion, but PureKana CBD pens provide a concentrated dose of health-boosting nutrients with nothing else added. E-cigarettes on the other hand primarily contain artificial flavors and carcinogenic compounds. They are the furthest thing from a health supplement like the PureKana CBD pen, a powerful tool that fits right in your pocket or clutch and is always ready to go.  Here five of the reasons why you should have one in your bag.

  1. Inhaled CBD works immediately

Edible and topical CBD products take a few minutes to hours to deliver effects. Vaped CBD works immediately, passing through the lungs directly into the bloodstream where it’s shuttled to receptors around the brain and the rest of the body. A vape pen’s great for on the way to the gym or a meeting when you don’t have time to wait hours for the effects to kick in.

  1. Precise dosing of medicine without the need for a prescription.

Vape pens allow more precise dosing than any other method. Each drag provides a little under two milligrams of immediately active CBD. Vapor’s also more bioavailable than edible cannabidiol according to some experts. Studies have found the bioavailability of edible CBD to be a measly 15% meaning that for every 100 milligrams ingested the body only utilizes about 15 milligrams after passing through the liver. Vaping bypasses the liver delivering a readily usable form into the bloodstream, and researchers estimate the bioavailability is increased to more than 50% through this method.

  1. Vaping is not the same [for your body] as smoking.

London’s Royal College of Physicians determined that the long-term health risks of e-cigarette vaping were “unlikely to exceed 5% of the harm from smoking tobacco.” Smoking is the act of actually burning flower, which is known as combustion. Vaping does not involve any flame; instead, the oil is heated below the point of combustion but high enough to become vapor.

The vapor does not contain the unwanted plant matter and ash like smoked cannabis. A study by Dr. Donald Tashkin found that vaping could eliminate the risk of bronchitis symptoms that smokers could be susceptible to. The scientific journal Addictive Behaviors published another interesting report in 2013 that concluded CBD was a “potential treatment for nicotine addiction.”

Aside from the health benefits, CBD vape pens taste great. Because there is no combustion, the ingredients don’t degrade, they just change form into vapor very similar to steam. This means that flavors from hemp and other natural essences are preserved–free of burnt aftertaste and bad breath. Our pens contain high-quality essential oils like blood orange and mint. Their essence leaves a refreshing zing in your palate as you exhale.

  1. Vape pens are discreet and convenient

Disposable vape pens are leak-proof, discreet, and fast. There is no need to carry around flowers, paraphernalia, bulky screw-in batteries or leaky cartridges. CBD pens look just like any other vapor pen, and that alone offers a certain level of privacy in public. All you have to do is inhale and do you. The smart technology activates the heating element, producing vapor immediately-you don’t need to use a lighter or even to press a button.

Perhaps more important than your own experience is the experience of others around you. Let’s face it, most of us don’t enjoy the smoke in our face unless it’s our own. Smoke tends to linger, creating a long-lasting odor in indoor spaces. Vaping, on the other hand, dissipates within seconds leaving no residue or smell. You can confidently use a vape pen in small rooms and crowded areas without worrying about invading anyone’s personal space.

  1. Additives can be good and bad

Common additives in vape pens such as propylene glycol (PG) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) can result in exposure to harmful carcinogenic compounds when heated and inhaled. PEG, PG, and some pesticides degrade into stronger toxins at temperatures that vape pens can reach. Purekana doesn’t use any of these additives, and our CBD comes from organic pesticide-free hemp. What we do use is natural essential oils containing terpenes to enhance your experience further. Whether its focus, relaxation, or energy you are after.

If you’re looking for a high-quality, Farm Bill-compliant CBD vape oil, make sure it has a short ingredient list. CBD vape oil should contain a carrier oil, the CBD extract, and perhaps a flavor or two. That’s it. Steer clear of products containing propylene glycol or polyethylene glycol.  We use naturally derived medium chain triglycerides as the carrier for CBD instead of potentially harmful chemicals.

  1. Enhance how you feel

Vape CBD as much as you want without fear of getting high. You will probably feel the opposite of stoned since cannabidiol has been shown to improve concentration and reduce anxiety. A study published in the journal Neuropsychopharmacology found that subjects who took CBD 90 minutes before giving a public speech experienced “significantly reduced anxiety, cognitive impairment, and discomfort in their speech performance.” Having a vape pen on you before high-pressure situations can help you maintain your cool.

Relaxing isn’t only crucial for high-pressure situations. Sleeplessness is a significant issue for many adults whose packed schedules and demanding jobs make slowing down at the end of the day a constant challenge.  Researchers have found CBD can help quiet the mind at the end of the day. Not only can it help correct user’s sleep cycles but cannabidiol can also improve the quality of the sleep you are getting by inducing deep REM sleep, which stress and alcohol disturb.

Not only does CBD improve your mood, but it also enhances your body. A proven muscle soreness reliever, cannabidiol was actually found to speed healing in subjects with bone fractures in a 2015 report. Users recovered more quickly, and the healed bones were found to be stronger. Another study found that CBD reduced the pain of arthritis in subjects.

Vape pens offer a clean, discreet fast-acting way to precisely dose cannabidiol. Whether you are looking to improve your focus, get out of pain, or get into bed, You can trust PureKana CBD to give you results without any of the headaches of conventional methods.
